Oh-Em-Gee its like... anime.. kind of.. (and i rarely paint anime! mostly portraits!) 
This is the Ghost Lady Twilight. She's dead, and she floats through the earth at twilight before dawn, looking for her wings so that she can ascend to heavan.
If you find those wings for her, she'll give you a kiss.
THE BORING STUFF: Picture took 8-10 hours and 20 layers on Open Canvas 3, separate layers for background, lineart and ghost lady - who was mostly done on 2 layers, a standard layer and an additional layer with the water colour and pencil/pen tools. (I enjoy how on Open Canvas, the pencil tool looks like real pencil on the piece and the watercolour tool looks like real .. paint. XD more like gouache the way i use it).
I promise i'll finish the DE sketches. promise.
